2. Use of Information

  • To operate, manage, and improve the Service
  • To register Users and manage accounts
  • To process bookings and facilitate communication between Travelers and Guides
  • To process payments and remittances via Stripe
  • To enforce our Terms of Use and prevent fraud or misuse
  • To provide customer support
  • To send updates, notifications, and marketing (subject to User consent where required)
  • To comply with legal obligations
3. Payments and Stripe
  1. Payments on the Service are processed exclusively via Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates.
  2. By using the Service, Users agree to Stripe’s privacy policy and terms of service.
  3. The Company does not store credit card numbers; Stripe handles all secure payment data.
4. Sharing of Information

We may share information as follows:

  • Between Users: Traveler information (necessary for booking) may be shared with Guides, and vice versa.
  • With Service Providers: Including Stripe, IT support, hosting, and analytics providers.
  • For Legal Compliance: Where required by law, court orders, or government authorities.
  • In Business Transfers: If the Company undergoes a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.

We do not sell or rent User data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Content Uploaded by Guides

5.1. Guides are solely responsible for the content they upload. 5.2. The Company assumes no liability for copyright infringement or third-party claims related to such content.

6. Cookies and Tracking

6.1. Our website and app use cookies and similar technologies to improve User experience, analyze traffic, and personalize content. 6.2. Users may disable cookies in browser settings, but certain features may not function properly.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to:

  • Fulfill the purposes set out in this Policy
  • Comply with legal and accounting requirements
  • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
