Booking Process

Making a Booking
  • All bookings are required to be made through our official website (www.japextours.com) or via authorized agents.
  • Please note that all bookings are subject to availability at the time of your request.
Payment Requirements
  • To confirm a booking, a full payment or a non-refundable deposit (if specified) is necessary.
  • We accept payments through major credit cards and other listed payment methods.
  • All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and are inclusive of taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Confirmation of Booking
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after the successful processing of your payment.
  • You will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your tour or service.
  • It is your responsibility to carefully review all the information in your booking and confirmation. Please notify us immediately of any errors or discrepancies.
Additional Costs
  • Any extra hours, additional transfers, or delays that are not part of the agreed itinerary must be settled in cash directly with the guide at the conclusion of the tour, unless specified otherwise in your booking confirmation.
Delivery of Tickets
  • Your booking confirmations and tickets will be delivered to your registered email address.
  • Please ensure that the email address you provide is correct. We also recommend checking your spam or junk folder if you do not see your confirmation.
