The price of each tour is set and displayed by the registered Guide.
An additional USD 25 fixed charge is automatically added to the package price.
Prices include consumption tax unless otherwise noted.
Additional Fees
Extra hours, additional transfers, or custom requests may incur additional charges, payable directly to the Guide.
Optional services (e.g., shore excursions) are subject to a 30% platform commission / 70% guide payout.
Bank or Stripe processing fees may be deducted from refunds.
Delivery of Services
Services are provided on the confirmed tour date at the designated meeting point.
Booking confirmations and tickets are delivered by email immediately after successful payment.
Accepted Payment Methods
Credit cards and other payment methods available via Stripe.
Cash or off-platform payments are not accepted.
Payment Period
Credit card payments are processed immediately at the time of booking.
Bookings are valid only upon receipt of full payment (or specified non-refundable deposit).
Refunds & Exchanges Policy
By Customers:
More than 14 days before the tour date: Full refund (excluding any non-refundable deposit).
14–8 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
7 days or less / no-show: No refund.
By Company/Guide:
If cancelled due to weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances: Full refund or alternative tour offered.
Refund Processing:
Refunds are made within 14 business days via Stripe to the original payment method.
Defective Services:
If the service cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the Company or Guide, a full refund will be issued at no additional cost to the Traveler.
Delivery Times
Electronic booking confirmations are sent immediately after successful payment.
Tours are delivered on the date and time specified in the booking confirmation.
Governing Law
This page and all transactions are governed by the laws of Japan.
Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kyoto District Court.
